  • Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) - Provides your student with a wide range of mental health and wellness services. They also provide preventative outreach and consultation services. CAPS holds workshops that help students manage stressors, build confidence, resolve problems, and identify appropriate alternatives. CAPS is committed to providing timely, culturally appropriate, and effective mental health services to all UC Santa Cruz students, as well as consultation to faculty staff and families.
  • The COVE, for those in recovery - The COVE is where your “Slugs for Health and Growth” students and guests can meet other members, learn more about recovery, hang out, and participate in fun and supportive activities with other sober students.
