Hello everyone! My name is Robert and I am originally from Inglewood, California. I am now entering my third year as a junior and I am excited to be holding two on campus positions, firstly as an EOP Wellness Intern and secondly as a part of the First Generation Initiatives Program. I am also a Rachel Carson affiliate, but you'll frequently find me in Oakes! When I'm not busy helping out fellow banana slugs I love tinkering on my car and going on long scenic drives.

Hey y'all, my name is Seeyade! I am a Stevenson college affiliate, born and raised in the Bay Area, and I like to dance :) Some of the positions I have been involved with/still currently involved with on campus include; EOP Textbook Lending Library, African American Resource and Cultural Center Intern, Black Academy Mentor, CUIP intern with S.H.O.P., and F.R.E.D. Facilitator. I am a proud first generation student and am excited to mentor others!

Heyyy!! My name is Chyna Ellis and I am currently a senior majoring in HAVC and minoring in Electronic Music. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, Ca! I enjoy producing/making beats, playing the drums, listening to music, and emerging myself into anything creative. Hey, y'all! My name is Daniel and I'm a fourth-year transfer student affiliated with Kresge College. I am a Critical Race & Ethnic Studies major and hold two positions as a Transition Mentor for EOP and STARS programming services. Along with work, I hold a student leadership position with Centro Americanos Unidos and I am a proud first-gen, queer, Latinx student. I'm really interested in social justice, nature, and taking pictures of random dogs. I'm here for you if you need any support or just wanna talk!

Hi! My name is Brenda and I was born and raised in SoCal, the San Fernando Valley to be specific. I am a 4th year and proud Oakes affiliate double majoring in Neuroscience and Psychology. As a first-gen student myself, I have gone through my fair share of struggles and know how hard it may be to find your sense of belonging or to ask for help. If you ever find yourself in need of support or someone to listen, please do not hesitate to reach out! In addition to my studies and campus resources, I am always willing to discuss astrology, music of all genres, Marvel movies, and all things Disney so feel free to pop on by.

Hey everyone, my name is Thaddaeus and I'm a third year, Oakes affiliate majoring in Agroecology. As a third year, I understand how difficult school can be to navigate in the pandemic and that's why I'm passionate about being a Transition Mentor.
